  • Self-care and wellbeing

I am a masters level trained and registered counsellor with a long history working as a registered nurse in clinics for managing chronic illness. I know how frustrating and disheartening it can be to access safe healthcare. Part of the reason I love being a therapist is that I am able to offer slow, deliberate and safe care to my clients one on one.

Questions about working together?

It can feel vulnerable to reach out for mental healthcare. You are welcome to a free 15-minute consultation to what it feels like to work together. Your choice of connecting by phone or video.

ICBC Counselling Sessions

ICBC-funded therapy sessions are available when you’ve been involved in a motor-vehicle accident and are needing counselling support for your recovery. These sessions offer a safe place to process the car accident and possible traumatic stress responses associated with it. For more information about ICBC’s counselling coverage click here.
